About the department
The Romanian department builds bridges: it helps our students, whose mother tongue is Hungarian, to gain a confident command of the language and literature of the country.
From the foundations of grammar through reading comprehension to the beauty of literature, we give them knowledge that is indispensable both in everyday life and in further study. We believe that knowing a language also means openness to and understanding of the culture around us. Our students develop their language skills in lessons and while preparing for the baccalaureate.
