Our programmes
We believe that real learning does not stop at the school walls. We regularly take our students on trips and exchanges and involve them in international projects.
"School Differently" week
One week every year when learning steps out of the classroom: museum visits, hiking, workshops and creative activities.
Erasmus+ projects
Through European Union mobility programmes, our students and teachers work on joint projects with partner schools abroad.
Educational journeys
Trips with a scientific and cultural purpose: university open days, conferences, museums, memorial sites.
Partner schools
A partnership with our partner school in Hungary since 2007
III. Béla Gimnázium, Baja
The partner school agreement was signed in Târgu Mureș in 2007. The partnership links the Bolyai Farkas Theoretical High School, the Reformed College of Târgu Mureș and the III. Béla Gimnázium in Baja. Student and teacher delegations visit the partner schools regularly every year. In 2014–2015 some 30 teachers took part in the teacher exchange programme.
The fruits of the partnership
Over the years, some 300 students from each of the two schools have taken part in the programmes. The exchanges have led to friendships, joint publications, presentations and exhibitions. Shared themes: visits to historical and literary sites, the exchange of teaching experience, and comparing the education systems of the two countries.
